Alex Browning is a film director based in London.

He has been described as having a ‘Spirit Of Toughness’ by DAZED, and listed in the Courvoisier TheFuture500 top creatives in the UK.

After making a number of short films that have been screened and distributed by Shorts International, The Hospital Club and Picturehouse Cinemas, Alex is now developing feature film and TV drama projects through collaborations from the year-long BAFTA Crew talent scheme.

As well as his film and TV drama ambitions, Alex has become known for his fables, using elements of spirituality and fantasy in equal measure, and to wonderful effect. His latest piece AFTER DARK INFERNO, is due to launch on a major fashion platform this Winter. He's also made commercials and branded content for Google, Tourism Hungary, Lypsyl, Topman and YouTube.

Alex’s body of work has been nominated worldwide at film festivals including: Aesthetica, Belfast’s Cinemagic and Mercedes Benz Bokeh in South Africa. Joe Ellison, former Editor of Shortlist, has called his work “thought-provoking and bewitching”.
